The house is a non-smoking house, fully equipped to accommodate up to 5 guests. We do not recommend our house to anyone who might have a problem climbing stairs or to those with young children.
We provide ample quality bedding, together with hand and bath towels and bath mats for use during your stay. Please bring your own beach towels.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you should need for your stay, including crockery, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, ovenware, baking tins, serving dishes, mixing bowls, weighing scale, chopping boards, table mats, coasters, plus the essential electrical items such as a kettle and a toaster. We have a gas oven, and grill, plus microwave and cafetiere, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
We have a smart digital TV in the sitting room, capable to linking up with BBC iPlayer, Netflix, Amazon Prime and other streaming services should you have an account. We also have a built in DVD player in the TV. We have a Sky Box, which provides freeview channels.
Stored within the Living Area are a selection of books, games, DVD's and CD's.
The Utility Room is equipped with washing machine, clothes airer, laundry basket and pegs for a washing line in the garden. There is also an iron & ironing board, vacuum, mop and bucket.
20 Mbps Wifi Internet Access is available at the property.
Our prices are inclusive of electricity and laundry.

There is a £100 security deposit taken, plus 25% of the rental at the time of booking. The remaining cost of booking must be paid 8 weeks before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your departure. In the unlikely event of any damage or breakage we will deduct any costs.
If you would like to bring your dog with you we would be happy to consider accommodating them. We request that you provide us information on the dog at the time of booking, such as breed, age and coat length. The cost for a dog is £3.50/night and we request a £50 additional damage deposit. No dogs are allowed upstairs during their stay, nor are they allowed on any furniture and we request that you bring their own bedding with you. The garden is small and a dog poo bin will be provided for you to clear up after it please. We will leave a few poo bags for you, but they are easily available for sale on the island.
